Locations and coverage, answered
Which areas does 1 Care Connect cover?
We support NDIS participants across Greater Western Sydney, including Blacktown, Fairfield, Liverpool, Parramatta, Penrith, Mount Druitt, Merrylands and Auburn. We also run SDA and SIL homes further afield in Cessnock, Ballina and Banora Point. If your suburb is close by, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Do you come to my home, or do I come to you?
Most of our supports come to you. In-home care, personal care, community nursing and community access all happen where you live and in your local community. For supported living and accommodation, participants move into one of our SDA or SIL homes. We will always work around your routine, not ours.
Where is your head office?
Our head office is in Rosehill, NSW 2142, close to Parramatta and central to the Western Sydney communities we support. You are welcome to call us on 1300 264 942 or send an enquiry through this page, and a team member will get back to you.
Do you offer SDA and SIL homes?
Yes. We support participants in Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, with current locations in Blacktown, Fairfield, Cessnock, Ballina and Banora Point. You can browse each home, or check current vacancies to see where there is room right now.
My suburb is not on your list. Can you still help?
Possibly. The suburbs above are where we work most, but our coverage grows with demand across Western Sydney. Get in touch and tell us where you are and what you need. If we are not the right fit or cannot reach you, we will say so upfront rather than overpromise.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. 1 Care Connect is a registered NDIS provider with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. You can confirm any provider's status through the public register on the NDIS website.
