Is 1 Care Connect a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. 1 Care Connect Pty Ltd (ABN 64 661 400 693) is a registered NDIS provider, approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission across 11 registration groups. You can look us up on the NDIS Commission provider register at any time.
Which areas of Western Sydney do you cover?
Parramatta, Blacktown, Liverpool, Fairfield, Penrith, Mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs, plus supported living homes in regional NSW. Call 1300 264 942 and we will tell you honestly if we reach you.
What is Supported Independent Living?
Supported Independent Living, usually shortened to SIL, is NDIS funding for the help you need with everyday tasks while living in your own home or a shared home. It covers support workers for things like personal care, cooking and building daily living skills, not the rent or the house itself. Can you help if my plan is self-managed or plan-managed?
Yes. We work with participants whose plans are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Get in touch and we will walk through how the funding works for the supports you need.
Do you support children and young people?
Yes. We are accredited by the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian to provide specialised substitute residential care for children and young people aged 5 to 17.
