1 Care Connect began with our founders, Rose and Jubert, and one belief: people deserve care they can count on every day.
Rose and Jubert saw first-hand the difference that genuine in-home support makes to someone's daily life, and to their whole family. Grounded in faith and values, they set out to build a service where people feel truly cared for, where support workers treat participants the way they would their own family, and where no one is treated as just another booking.
From that start, 1 Care Connect has grown into a nurse-led service across Western Sydney and the Greater Sydney region, helping each person we support work towards their fullest potential. We stay small enough to know the people we care for, and organised enough to be there consistently.

We are also accredited by the NSW Office of the Children's Guardian for specialised substitute residential care for children and young people aged 5 to 17. We would rather you verify than take our word for it.

Our team is nurse-led, so real clinical expertise sits behind everyday care, including complex needs. Just as importantly, we stay small enough to know the people we support by name and match them with workers who fit their routine, culture and household.

Send us an enquiry or call 1300 264 942. A real team member will talk through the person, their goals and their funding, then explain which supports fit. If we are not the right fit, we will say so upfront. You can also refer a participant if you are a coordinator.
