Our Approach

In home care you can actually count on

Most in home care providers rotate support workers regularly, creating disruption and anxiety for participants. At 1 Care Connect, we do the opposite.

We match you with a consistent in home care team, people who know your preferences, your routines and your goals. This stability is not just more comfortable. It leads to better health outcomes, stronger trust and support that genuinely works.

Common Questions

In home care, answered

What is in home care?

In home care is disability support delivered in your own home, so you can stay comfortable, safe and independent. It covers personal care, daily living tasks and community access, and at 1 Care Connect every plan is overseen by our nursing team.

Is in home care funded by the NDIS?

Yes. In home care is funded under your NDIS plan, usually within your Core Supports. Your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator can help you use it. You can read more on the NDIS website.

Will I have the same support workers each time?

Yes. Unlike providers who rotate staff, we match you with a consistent in home care team who know your preferences, routines and goals. That continuity is central to how we work and leads to better outcomes.

Do you offer drop-in and flexible support?

Yes. We offer regular scheduled visits, drop-in support for flexible needs, assistance in shared or independent living settings, short term accommodation (respite) when needed, and after-hours and weekend in home care.

What areas do you cover?

We provide in home care across Western Sydney and the Greater Sydney region. See the full list of areas on our locations page, or call us to check your suburb.

What if I need clinical care at home?

We can bring that in too. Our community nursing team provides registered nursing care at home for complex needs, working alongside your in home care team so everything joins up under one provider.
