Founders Rose and Jubert began 1 Care Connect based on the belief that people deserve care that they can trust, every day. Motivated by the impact that in-home care support has on someone’s daily life, 1Care Connect operates with emphasis on consistency, kindness, and genuine connection between their team and their participants to provide safety, confidence, and dignity to those who need it.
Grounded in faith and values, Rose and Jubert are inspired to build a service where people feel genuinely cared for, where support workers treat participants as they would their own family, and where compassion guides every decision. With strong Filipino roots across the leadership and support team, there is a cultural emphasis on family, respect, warmth, and looking after one another.
