NDIS Transport Western Sydney
NDIS transport is reliable travel to appointments, activities and social plans across Western Sydney. A consistent, trusted team, so getting there is never the thing that holds you back. Travel and transport support is one of the most practical parts of a plan, and the one people notice first when it is missing.
Getting there, reliably
NDIS transport is support to travel safely to the places that matter: medical appointments, activities, work, study, shopping and social plans. For many participants, reliable transport is the difference between taking part and missing out.
At 1 Care Connect, transport is delivered by a consistent, trusted team who know you. It pairs naturally with our other supports, so a single worker can take you to an activity and support you while you are there.
Is transport funded by the NDIS? Yes. Transport assistance is commonly funded within your Core Supports, and can be included in your plan in a few ways. Your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator can help you sort it in your NDIS plan.

How travel and transport funding works
The NDIS says transport funding is flexible, so you can use the total value of it in the way that suits you best. What you cannot do is buy transport services using funding from a different support budget. Source: NDIS, Guide to NDIS support budgets (read 7 September 2026).
