How quickly will you get back to me?

We aim to reply within one business day. If your enquiry is urgent, call 1300 264 942 rather than emailing, it is the fastest way to reach a person.

Which areas do you cover?

I am a support coordinator. What is the fastest way to refer?

Use the online referral form, it goes straight to our intake team. If you would like to talk it through first, call 1300 264 942 and ask about how referrals work.

How do I give feedback or make a complaint?

We genuinely want to hear it. Use our feedback and complaints page, email contact@1careconnect.com.au, or raise it with any team member. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, independently of us.
