In‑Home Care Specialists

Group Programmes

Community Nursing
Our community nursing services offer a wide range of care, including support for complex bowel care, urinary catheter management, continence assessment, enteral feeding, ventilator and tracheostomy care, medication assistance, and epilepsy and seizure support. Our nursing professionals conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, coordinate health needs, make referrals, and provide education and training to support staff and family members.
In-Home Care
In-home care at 1Care Connect enables independence and comfort at home. We provide assistance with daily tasks, personal care, and health management, ensuring support in a familiar environment.
